So, why therapy?

Life can present challenges that are overwhelming, leaving a person feeling anxious, disconnected, or distressed. When it becomes too difficult to face alone, counselling and psychotherapy can offer a secure place to explore these emotions without fear of judgment, working towards understanding, managing and building an acceptance of these difficulties.

As an experienced, BACP registered counsellor and psychotherapist, I am dedicated to providing a secure and supportive environment where you can be heard in complete confidence. Whether you seek short-term support or longer-term psychotherapy, I use an integrative approach, rooted in Psychodynamic theory to help navigate your current situation, whilst investigating the impact of past events on your present thoughts and feelings. Undertaking therapy is a significant emotional journey that requires commitment, but I believe the rewards can be life-changing.
